  • Overseeing the functioning of the Health Management Information System(UG AFYA) at one of the public health facilities run by the county.
  • I also troubleshoot and debug network processes such as the Wide Local Area Network(WLAN) that is used by the system to send and receive all sorts of data and maintain record keeping.

  • Significantly reduced problem resolution time by 45% which led to more time for doctors to attend to their patients and reduced the queue time it takes for a patient to move between the registration office, cash office and the doctor's office.
